Is my booking binding?

Absolutely. With the booking confirmation,
the seat is firmly reserved at the time
of booking and is immediately due for payment.

How can I rebook/cancel my flight?

Changes can be made via our chat or email.
If the booking was made at a travel agency,
the rebooking must be made there.

Until when can I rebook or cancel?

The respective fare conditions apply.

How big and heavy can hand luggage be?

You are allowed to take one piece of hand
luggage weighing 5 kg (55 x 45 x 25 cm)
This rule is enforced without exception

How heavy can my suitcase be?

The free baggage allowance is 15 kg.

How can I pay for my flight?

Bookings made via our website can be paid for
by direct debit, credit card (Mastercard, VISA), or
invoice.

Can someone else pay for me?

This is only possible with payment method “by invoice". The person paying must also be a passenger in the booking.
